Contact Us - Herefordshire Branch

To report cases of cruelty, or animals that are injured or suffering, please call the 24-hour Cruelty and Advice Line on
0300 1234 999

Please note that the Branch cannot act directly on reports of cruelty or suffering; it can only pass them on to the central RSPCA organisation. It may sometimes be several days before a telephone message or e-mail to the Branch is picked up. A letter may take a week or more to be processed by the Branch. If you know of an animal needing any kind of timely help, please use the number above.

You should be able to contact us by 'phone and e-mail on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am to 2.30 pm. It may also be possible to contact us outside these hours, but that cannot be guaranteed. We will respond to messages as soon as possible.

Please note that these are NOT times at which to see animals for adoption; we do not have a central animal home.  Please contact us to arrange to see any animals in which you are interested.
